Jason Prosser is a former rival of Conrad Grayson who now faces off Grayson Global's new CEO, Daniel Grayson. He is the CEO of his own investment company, Prosser Wealth Funds.
In "Collusion", Victoria tells Jason to intercept a deal to buy Stonehaven United Solutions, a disaster relief company, Daniel is making which the Initiative had set up for him. Jason is initially skeptical about the deal, but agrees when Victoria sleeps with him. Their plan fails when Daniel reveals that Jason's "daughter" companies' used price manipulations in the aftermath of 9/11, this convinces the head of Stonehaven to see that Jason is not the right fit for them. Jason then assumes that Victoria had merely set him up to embarrass him and leaves, enraged.
